Statutory Holidays - Worked:


Time + 1/2 plus an average day’s wages or regular wages with a holiday day with pay.

Average day's wage/regular wage is calculated as 5% of the employee’s wages, general holiday pay and vacation pay earned in the 4 weeks immediately preceding the general holiday.
*Note: Overtime pay is not included in the calculation of average daily wage.
