Regular Wages
Regular wages are determined by multiplying the employee's hourly rate of pay by the average number of hours worked in a day by the employee in the 3 weeks immediately preceding the holiday.
Employee Eligibility of Statutory Holiday Pay:
- has been employed at least 30 calendar days before the holiday
- has worked the days he/she was scheduled to work both before and after the holiday
