Statutory Holidays - Worked:
Time + 1/2 plus regular wages or regular wages plus a holiday day with pay
If pay is variable, a regular day’s pay can be determined by average daily wages in the four weeks worked immediately before the week in which the holiday falls.

Employee Eligibility of Statutory Holiday Pay:
- has worked 30 days in last 12 months
- has worked regular schedule before and after the holiday
- has reported to work when scheduled to work on holiday
- not be on maternity, parental, compassionate or court leave exceeding ten days
