Parental Leave (available to either parent): 37 weeks after 12 months of employment (35 weeks if maternity leave is taken)

Length of the leave is 3 days if the funeral/memorial service takes place in community where the employee lives. If the funeral/memorial service is outside the employee's community, leave is 7 days.

Sick Leave: 5 days (if employed at least 30 days)
